POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

  • School Policy Development (Independent Contractor positions)
  • ICT in Education (Independent Contractor positions)
CORE PURPOSE:

The Module Guide Writer: To develop the module guide content aligned to the module outcomes and associated assessment criteria as per the requirements provided using the online Curriculum Development and Management System

CORE FUNCTIONS:
  • The Module Guide Writer :

To create comprehensive and engaging module content that ensures alignment with programme objectives and enhances student learning outcomes.

QUALIFICATION(S):
  • A relevant PHD NQF Level 10 qualification (with extensive academic experience) or
  • A relevant Masters NQF Level 09 qualification (with extensive academic experience)
EXPERIENCE:
  • 2-5 years Academic experience
  • Module Guide Development or Moderation experience
RELATED KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
  • Knowledge of the South African Higher Education Regulatory Framework
  • Ability to work within pre-determined time frames and meet deadlines
  • Excellent academic writing and communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism in academic writing
  • Proficient in the use of technological systems
  • Possess a high level of ethics
  • Knowledge of Blooms Taxonomy verbs and SAQA Level descriptors
