ABOUT THIS ROLE

Are you a passionate 3D Artist / Motion Designer with a strong eye for detail and a love for animation and visual storytelling?

An exciting opportunity has become available within a fully integrated creative production environment that delivers high-quality work across TV commercials, corporate videos, digital content, and brand campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys creative problem-solving, and is excited to bring ideas to life through motion and 3D design.

You'll work across a variety of projects for both large national brands and boutique clients, contributing to visually compelling and technically polished creative outputs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Conceptualise and execute ideas from storyboards through to final output
  • Translate 2D print concepts into 3D assets and animated visuals
  • Create high-quality 3D models, textures, animations, lighting, and renders
  • Produce 2D motion graphics and animations
  • Handle compositing, editing, and colour correction
  • Collaborate closely with creative and production teams
  • Deliver work within tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Work extended hours or weekends when project deadlines require
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Strong basic 2D motion design skills and understanding of animation principles
  • Proven 3D skills: modelling, texturing, animation, lighting, and rendering
  • Experience translating creative concepts into motion and 3D assets
  • High attention to detail and strong creative flair
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Passion for keeping up with creative and technical trends

Software experience advantageous:

  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Cinema 4D or Blender
  • Adobe Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve advantageous)
  • Fusion or Unreal Engine (advantageous)
