Key Responsibilities- Build and manage your own recruitment desk within an international niche market.
- Proactively develop new business through outbound sales, networking, and strategic market engagement.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle - from client acquisition to candidate placement and aftercare.
- Develop long-term, consultative relationships with clients and candidates.
- Work closely with internal marketing, operations, data, and finance teams to enhance business success.
- Leverage industry-leading technology to streamline admin tasks and focus on revenue-generating activity.
- Continuously meet and exceed activity, revenue, and placement KPIs.
- Stay up to date with trends in the ERP, HRIS, and Healthcare systems markets.
- Minimum of2 years' experiencein 360 recruitment or B2B sales with a strong business development component.
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven with a hunger for success.
- Must have access to alaptopandreliable, high-speed internet.
