Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage your own recruitment desk within an international niche market.
  • Proactively develop new business through outbound sales, networking, and strategic market engagement.
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle - from client acquisition to candidate placement and aftercare.
  • Develop long-term, consultative relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Work closely with internal marketing, operations, data, and finance teams to enhance business success.
  • Leverage industry-leading technology to streamline admin tasks and focus on revenue-generating activity.
  • Continuously meet and exceed activity, revenue, and placement KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with trends in the ERP, HRIS, and Healthcare systems markets.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of2 years' experiencein 360 recruitment or B2B sales with a strong business development component.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven with a hunger for success.
  • Must have access to alaptopandreliable, high-speed internet.
  • A quiet, professional home-working environment.
  • Ability to work UK business hours.
