PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The 360 Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from business development and client relationship management, through to candidate sourcing, selection, and successful placement. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role that requires a driven individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Business Development & Client Management
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, networking, and market research.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Conduct client visits and briefing meetings to gain a thorough understanding of their hiring needs and organisational culture.
    • Negotiate terms of business, including fees and service level agreements.
    • Provide market intelligence and talent insights to clients as a trusted advisor.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Management
    • Source high-quality candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent databases.
    • Conduct thorough screening, competency-based interviews, and psychometric/skill assessments where applicable.
    • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future client requirements.
    • Manage candidates through the full recruitment process including preparation, interview coaching, offer negotiation and onboarding support.
    • Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Recruitment Process & Administration
    • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting agreed-upon delivery timelines.
    • Accurately record all recruitment activity and candidate/client information in the ATS.
    • Prepare and present shortlists, candidate profiles, and market mapping reports to clients.
    • Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with relevant employment legislation and company policies.
    • Meet and exceed individual KPIs including revenue targets, placement numbers, and client satisfaction metrics.
