Job Description

Our client is looking for a Freelance Recruitment Consultant in South Africa (remote) to manage full-cycle recruitment, source candidates, place talent, and consistently meet placement targets.

Key Responsibilities (5)
  • Manage full 360 recruitment process from briefing to placement.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Build and manage client and hiring manager relationships.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records on ATS systems.
Key Skills (5)
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interviewing ability.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
  • Strong client management and relationship skills.
  • Self-driven, organised, and target-focused mindset.
Qualifications (5)
  • Minimum 3+ years recruitment experience.
  • 360 recruitment experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of South African labour laws.
  • Experience in a specialist recruitment niche.
  • Ability to invoice as an independent contractor.
