Bloemfontein Campus
To develop academic material and lecture in allocated subjects for own and other programmes, and to execute appropriate community projects.

- Research
- Administration
- Control and organisation
- Community service
- Fashion Illustration
- Patternmaking
- Sewing and Garment Construction
- Trend Forecasting
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Minimum salary(Total Cost to Company): R per annum (2026 salary scales to be determined).
Note: CUT applies an internal parity model to determine remuneration that complies with the principle of "equal pay for work of equal value". Accordingly, the preferred candidate may expect an offer that is in line with their qualifications and years of similar experience. Minimum Qualification / Knowledge and/or Experience- A relevant Master's-level degree (i.e., MA / M. Tech / MSc / NQF 9 or equivalent) in Fashion Design or a related field.
- At least two years' teaching/lecturing/industry experience relevant to the subject field.
- A portfolio showcasing design skills and professional accomplishments needs to be submitted with the application.
- Evidence of progress towards a Doctorate degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Any acknowledged publication, research, innovation, or creative output.
