Weare seeking a Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptionalservice through voice and chat channels. The successful candidate will actas a brand ambassador, resolving customer queries efficientlywhile ensuring professional, empathetic, and compliant customerexperience aligned with UK service standards.

Thisrole is ideal for individuals with strong English communicationskills, high attention to detail, and the ability to managemultiple customer interactions efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIESOF THE ROLE
  • Providetimely and accurate customer support via voice channels(calls) while occasionally supporting live chat, email, orother digital channels as required
  • Handlecustomer enquiries, complaints, and service requests in linewith UK customer service expectations
  • Maintaina high standard of spoken English, including tone, clarity, andprofessionalism
  • Resolveissues efficiently on first contact where possible, escalatingcomplex cases to the appropriate teams
  • Navigatemultiple systems and tools simultaneously to retrieve and updatecustomer information
  • Adhereto SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • Accuratelydocument all customer interactions and outcomes
  • Demonstrateempathy and professionalism when dealing with sensitive orescalated cases
  • Contributeto continuous improvement byidentifying trends, issues, or process gaps
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATIONand EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum1 year's Customer Service or Call Centre Experience in voice and chat campaigns.
  • InternationalCampaign experiences is advantageous
  • Abilityto work in UK hours and weekends.
