Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Specialist Technician-Service to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be performing routine maintenance and repair services on equipment and machinery. The Specialist Technician-Service will troubleshoot and diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs in a timely manner to ensure minimal downtime for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and machinery
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on various systems
  • Recommend solutions and provide estimates for repair work
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed
  • Install, repair, or replace components as needed
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on repair status and recommendations for ongoing maintenance
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of service department
Qualifications
  • Qualified Automotive Technician
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in service technician role
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
  • Ability to work in confined spaces or at heights
  • Ability to stand, sit, or kneel for extended periods of time
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
