IntroductionWe are seeking a Foreman with 1-2 years' experience in commercial and residential construction to support daily site operations. The successful candidate will assist in supervising labour, coordinating subcontractors and materials, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards. The role requires basic site supervision ability, understanding of construction processes and drawings, and adherence to health and safety regulations, with strong potential to grow within a site leadership environment. Candidates must be based in the Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervisedaily on-site operations.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.
Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
Enforce health and safety regulations.
Report progress to project management.
- 1-2 years proven experience as a Foreman.
- Matric
- Red Seal Certificate advantageous.
- MBA advantageous.
- Must reside in the Western Cape.
Experience
Practical experience in both commercial and residential construction projects.
Sound knowledge of general construction processes, site operations, and workmanship standards.
Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage daily site activities.
Ability to work to project timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Good understanding of construction drawings, health and safety regulations, and on-site compliance requirements.
