Your Mission: Creating Retail Solutions

Working full-time at our modern Umhlanga headquarters, you will join a high-performing international team. We provide expert training to make sure you succeed, whether you are experienced or just starting out.

  • Communication Mastery: Handle complex questions via phone, email, and live chat regarding global shipping, logistics, and digital payments.
  • Quick Problem-Solving: Solve issues on the first contact by breaking down problems in real-time to keep customer satisfaction high.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on retail trends and platform changes to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain careful notes in the company system to help improve the overall customer journey.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as the professional face of a famous global brand, staying empathetic and professional in every conversation.
Who We Are Looking For: Resourceful & Tech-Savvy

We want smart communicators who can navigate digital systems with speed and accuracy.

  • Language Skills: Professional fluency in both German (B2) and English (B2), with excellent speaking and writing skills.
  • Education: A High School/Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
  • Background: Experience in luxury hotels, retail management, or business is a plus, but a positive and proactive attitude is most important.
  • Computer Skills: Comfortable using different software programs and analytical tools at the same time.
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, great listening skills, and the maturity to work well in a fast-paced environment.
