CUSTOMER CARE ADMINISTRATOR / AGENT - AUTOMOTIVE (SPARTAN)

Location: Gauteng, JHB - Eastern Suburbs

A company in the automotive and transport industry is seeking a Customer Care Administrator / Agent to manage customer feedback, complaints, and aftersales support processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer follow ups, complaint tracking, CSI and NPS reporting, administrative support, and ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Experience within the transport, automotive, or fleet support industry
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience advantageous
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and document management
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused with empathy and problem solving ability
  • Good time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts when required
  • Own reliable transport and valid Code 8 driver's license
  • Team player with a proactive and professional attitude
