Purpose of role

As a Case Manager you will be required to provide administrative support and outstanding service to our clients. You will take ownership of your clients' mortgage cases throughout the application process.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an outstanding, efficient service by proactively managing client expectations and providing regular updates from application through to completion
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems throughout the full application lifecycle
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners, including Lenders, Solicitors, and Estate Agents
  • Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties to ensure cases progress as efficiently and smoothly as possible
  • Proactively manage a large pipeline of active applications, acting as the main point of contact throughout the process
  • Drive mortgage applications through to offer in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of the UK property market with a good understanding of mortgage processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working under pressure while meeting agreed service standards
  • Professional, confident, and approachable with an excellent telephone manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex cases
  • Client-focused, with a commitment to delivering a consistently high level of service
Experience
  • Customer Service Experience.
  • Office/ administration experience.
  • Previous regulatory or financial industry experience is desirable.
