ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking for a creative and innovative Aftersales Marketing Consultant to join our ONE.After Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the ONE.After Sales Marketing Strategy to drive growth in Genuine Parts sales, EasyDrive Vehicle Plans, dealer profitability, and market share. This position is based in the One After Sales Department - NSO (Sandton)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute the ONE.After Sales marketing strategy to drive Genuine Parts sales, EasyDrive Vehicle Plan uptake, customer loyalty, dealer throughput, and overall business growth.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders, Marketing Communications, and external partners.
  • Coordinate cross functional collaboration across departments and dealer networks to ensure alignment, effective communication, and successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance, customer and dealer insights, market trends, and campaign effectiveness to support data driven decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Lead communication and liaison activities between ONE.After Sales, dealers, and Volkswagen AG After Sales Marketing, while supporting strategic projects and business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Management
  • A digital marketing qualification would be advantageous.
Experience
  • A minimum of four (4) years general marketing experience that includes digital marketing.
  • Previous experience in After Sales Marketing environment will be advantageous.
  • Traditional and digital (Social Media, SMS and e mail) marketing
  • Creativity and innovative thinking
  • Market trends identification and analysis
  • Communication (verbal and written)
  • Market research and intelligence
  • Self starter and ability to work with minimum supervision
  • PC skills including proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel & MS Power Point.
